What size(s) are your headwraps or headbands? Adults 21 inches, Child 19 inches, Toddler 17 inches, Baby 16 inches, Newborn 14 inches. All headbands and headwraps have 1-2 inches stretch!
What size(s) do all the other items come in? Bows and scrunchies are all one size fits all. Custom items like bummies and beanies will have a text box to enter a size!
What does RTS stand for? Ready to Ship! RTS items ship out within 2-3 business days! If you order another item that is not RTS with your order please be advised that the turn around time with be 10-15 business day!
What is your turn around time? Currently we advertise 10-15 business days but we aim for a FAST turn around time so it could be as little as 4-7 days! Please be aware that SATURDAY and SUNDAY DO NOT count in the turn around time!
Do I need to be a member of the Facebook Group? No! However, I highly recommend it! The facebook group is a great place to see customers wearing their items, new upcoming designs, sales, and giveaways!
What color are the nylons you offer? Nude!
What are Nylons? Nylons are a soft and stretchy material (similar to panty hose) that the bow is attached to! I recommend Nylons for all ages including newborn! They are perfect for everyone because they will stretch as they grow!
What are alligator clips? Alligator clips are hair clips with the bow attached. I recommend alligator clips only if you or your little one has hair! If your baby does not have enough hair to put up then I recommend a nylon!
What is the difference between a headwrap and headband with bow? The bows on both are different styles. Headwraps are handtied and glued while a headband with bow is a bow sewn and attached to a headband.
I am local. Can I pick up? Yes! There is a pick up option at check out! All pick ups will be done in Portsmouth, Virginia
What are REP Codes? Mane Mania has REPS! Use their code to receive 10% off your order! You can learn more about the rep codes via the facebook group!
I forgot to add a discount code, can I redo it? No. Once a purchase is completed you can not go back to add a discount code!
I haven't received my item but tracking says it has been delivered. Unfortunately, Mane Mania cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. We prove tracking with every purchase, and thus can not help any further besides resending tracking information. We encourage you to contact your local USPS office.
We are not responsible for replacing or refunding for the items.
